Mitchell MD100S12EBK D10SCE12K 12 or Washburn D10 Series?

I'm thinking of getting a 12-string guitar and wanted to know which. I have reduced these two based on price range and what was said by friends. What?

I played both when I was looking to buy a chain of 12 ml, and bought a Washburn. I like the Washburn much better.
