How can I find band members?

I recently formed a new band with a friend I knew from high school. He is a guitarist (but can also play piano and drums) and I'm a bass player (and amateur lyricist and music technology). We are writing our own material and produced very good Rock / Pop / Soul / Funk music. But we are finding it impossible to find other group members (drummer, rhythm guitar and vocals age 16-20). We've been to many nights of jam and master classes in music, but have not found anyone who is interested in participating in our group and giving concerts, tourism / writing yet. Where do you think we should seek to find other musicians who wanted to join us?

Find your newspaper entertainment Home City, and look in the classifides for people who want to join a band. Or place an add yourself. There are also several websites where you can place an add or look through adds for people who are looking for other musicians.
