V-neck guitar modification, DIY (P1 of 2)

Guitar Neck Size
I can put a narrow neck on my Martin D-41?
I bought a mint Martin D 1997-41 in eBay.It 's perfect, but after playing it for a few months I came to admit to myself that the neck is a little too wide.I have a 76 'D-35 and the gameplay is excellent, but the question is smaller size range neck.My Martin makes the narrow neck to adapt to the D-41 or I sell the D-41 and find a different to everyone guitar. Thanks and each feedback.
Are you sure? I think both guitars are 1 11/16 "at nut. Perhaps the D-41 has the fattest neck of the D-35, but I think it's any larger. In any case, would be cheaper and easier to have the existing neck thinned rather than completely replaced because it would not have to remove and replace the dovetail joint where the neck joins the body. With a bolt on neck like Taylor is a proposition simple enough, but not with a dovetail neck. Good luck.
