Which guitar should I get?

I have 15 years and have been playing my old classical guitar Rosetti mothers for a while (just for me teaching). I've decided I want to try out an electric guitar but I'm not sure which. n an ideal world I'd love a Gibson SG, but for now I was thinking of settling for a Melody Maker. any comments or suggestions about what to guitar go? thanks XxX

Squier is a reasonable mark and Tanglewood. Gibson have got their own budget range so if you really wanted a GS you could get the Epiphone version. Depends on what you really want to spend;)
