How much should I charge my guitar and amp?

I have an Ibanez Gio for sale and also a case with her. The guitar is in perfect conditions except for one area where paint has fallen off to the side and is barely perceptible. All you need is a series of limitations and is ready to be played. I have a Marshall amp for sale MG15CD also in near mint condition and no external defects. The case is a roadrunner. How I can charge for the guitar and amp separately? What about the case? Do you think I could package it all together and sell it as a price, an unfavorable, perhaps? I have two cables amp and picks up some. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
