How can I fix a twisted guitar neck?

I bought a start a couple of months and I think the neck twisted. the 12th fret on the E has increased by tone lower than its alleged and the 12th fret on the low E is too sharp. IM also broke so I have no money to take him to arrange and have limited supplies.

Hello, From what you describe, neck and can not be deformed or bent, the problem may be in the intonation of your installation. First test in the neck see if it is deformed. There was a long (2 ft or less) straight edge on the neck. You should be able to see if the neck is straight. There may be a small arc in what is probably correct. If the neck has long bow, inside or outside, you can see if you can fine tune the mast. Assume that the neck twisted and failed the test of straight edge. Next hearing by the neck to see if twisted. If the neck is twisted, which will require work by a qualified technician to fix. In a cheap guitar, you can probably change neck for less money than the money taken. I assume the neck is not twisted. I think the problem is in the intonation of your installation. That means the guitar does not play in tune all the way up the neck. To correct this, adjust the saddles on the tremolo bridge. There are screws with springs that allow the chair to move a bit to or from the truck. You move the seat forward if the tone was flat on the 12th fret. My guess is that the problem is not his neck, which is the configuration of the saddles on the bridge.
