Guitar Hero World Tour The Kill(PS3 Full Band)

Microphone not working in Guitar Hero World Tour for PS3?

In the career mode of my PS3 only recognizes the guitar and bass. Although the team is plugged in, it does not recognize the microphone. Please help. Thanks Chazz've tried different ports including 2 ports offered by the guitar and even Dungl the PS3 is able to recognize that there is a microphone plugged in. However, in the way of band I am able to use it. Do I have to unlock anything to use the microphone in career mode?

whether the center is broken or breaks the mike. what I would do is buy a micro again and if still not working, then called GameStop or Best Buy and ask how to fix the center
