How I can get a guitar sound of Brian May with my Les Paul Gibson, and Line 6 Spider III amp?

pritty title describes what im asking a lot. If you help my amp is the one with tons of pre-series.

I'm pretty sure Brian uses VOX amplifiers. It is the Spider III amplifier modeling? If so look something like a VOX AC-30 model with a lot more than drive. If not a modeling amp I doubt that will emulate their sound with him.
