First sound, what should I buy?

So I've been singing for a few years and thought it would be a good idea buy a guitar so I can start writing my own songs, something it does not have much money coming in that time and habit for a while, so my question is, Is there any good but cheap acoustic guitar around, I saw this on sale José Ferrer Classical Guitar 1 / 2 but I have no idea if it's good for sale for $ 29.00 and it really is all I can spend on any guitar. Need help?

if its a 1 / 2 size, the guitar is almost too small, the size 4-6 years. EPIPHONE good marks, Taylor fenders, Takamine. EPIPHONE is the cheapest, most I know the quality.
