Anyone know any easy to intermediate blues Nice solos on guitar?

I've been playing guitar for a couple of years and wanted to start play some blues. I know a couple of songs I want to learn (Crossroads by Cream, among others), and wondered if anyone knew some pretty easy songs Nice intermediate solos in them.
